The room was clean. The staff cleaned it every day. There was an iron in the room, which is very important for me. The room is cozy.

The Property is very good. Location is very nice with easy access to a lot of places like shops, malls, metro etc. Very close to major attractions in the city as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Right from the check in to check out, everything was very easy and smooth. Room size is also great and rooms are kept very clean and tidy.

50 mins walk from the Shanghai Tower. Century link mall across the road. Range of restaurants nearby to suit Western tastes. Good variety at breakfast, very happy with that. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Michael and Eric? at reception. Water available in rooms. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was good.

Perfect location, plenty of small restaurants and food shops around, mainly for local people. Metro line 2 is 350m away so good place to start sightseeing Shanghai. Good wi-fi connection (free of charge).

Employees there are very kind, professional, friendly and helpful. We had an package delivery in the evening and the service guys who help on luggage carrying help keep our package very carefully!

The room was in a different shape which was bit odd... apart there really isnt much to tell about. Breakfast had a good spread but one issue was language barrier. Very few could communicate in English but that really isnt an issue. The surroundings was amazing with many food joints.. it was raining & the concierge was too good to provide umbrellas whenever we were out.

To be honest, the breakfast had wide variety of foods but very limited or nothing in halal foods except fruits. Room was on the backside of the building, but very quiet and big enough for one person. Location is great, very near to a large mall and metro station and couple of halal restaurants nearby.

The cozy experiences at the lobby. The staff were really good and helpful. There was a cafe and I stayed there to do some work and it was a comfortable experience. And the room is good.

Very convenient location. The hotel is very close to the metro station. There are many attractions within close distance via the metro. Around the hotel, there are a few malls which is very important to our family with young kids. There are so many shops and interesting food places to choose from and our kids were just so excited.
